Serenity Bed and Breakfast (The link is of our room- *La Italia*)	Yachats, Oregon	First anniversary retreat. Dreamiest and most romantic room in the still surrounding forests of Yachats. Warm german hostess serving rich german breakfasts, Unforgettable. She gave us the tastiest home-made hot chocolate I have ever tasted.
Blue Heron Inn	Florence, Oregon	Beautiful view of the Suislaw river from the family room. Stayed with friends, sipped the owner's sherry, played board games and viewed birds from the living room. Also, plunged up and down huge sand dunes in the most nerve racking 45 mt ATV adventure at the adventure park.
Mill Inn	Bend, Oregon	Quiet retreat in the town of Bend with friends. Climped up the lava butte for a great view of the landscape. Crawled on all fours with lamps in the dungeon-like oregon caves, drove around the bend scenic loop, awed by the view of Mt.Bachelor, stopped to wet our feet at several lakes. Savored Thai food in the quaint downtown. At night, relaxed in the hot tub.
Inn at the Gorge	Hood River, Oregon	Valentine's day escape for us. Drove all along the columbia gorge. Checked out the museum explaining its history. Savored the tastes of local restaurants in the small town of hood river. Ended it with watching a chic -flick in the town's movie theatre. Failed to locate the secret passage to the attic from our room. The owner showed it to us the next morning.
