The Doubtful heart of a rockstar...
A letter written, but never sent.
Dear Yuki,

Underestimation, since I met you that's all my life has been about.  Underestimated by you - Yuki.  Eiri Yuki - famous romance novelist, even more famous heartbreaker, and my lover.  But maybe it's overestimation you're guilty of.  Maybe you expect too much froj me, from the heart that your breaking.  You overestimate my stupidity and underestimate my strength.  You asume that I'm your pet, your little dog that you can beat and starve and still have me coming back to you, begging and whining for your love.  The love that you don't want to give to me, the love that was bured in the grave with your past.  You underestimate my strength, you think that I won't leave.  That no matter what you do I won't find someone else, you're too confident that despite whatever you do, that I'll stay.  Forever yours, a toy you can set aside when you grow bored with it.  You don't see how it hurts me, or perhaps you just don't care.  I become weaker every day in your eyes, but what you see as my weakness is what makes me strong.  My mask of childishness gives me the inner strength I need to survive.  To survie the unfairness of the world, by your world.  Where my love for you is met only by your scorn and disdain, words you probably don't think I know.  We both wear masks my love but yours makes you so weak, not letting you move forward.  I love you Eiri, but my love isn't enough to make me stay.  Love doesn't make a relationshop work, love thought to be the most powerful of forces is powerless to the unflinching cold of your eyes.  I will love you always, but I can't promise that I'll always be with you.  I can't promise that I'll endure this heartache, this inferiority forever. My love just isn't enough.

Regretfully but forever yours,

Shuichi
