Graduation Day Come see my digital short presentation! Saturday, August 24, 2002 Goddard College 123 Pitkin Road up in Plainfield, Vermont Friends, Family and Fellow show goers are Welcome! Come and find yourself immersed in a fascinating re-working of this website. It shall be a feast for the eyes and soul as these photographs come alive all high quality recordings of live performances! This project, including my thesis and process paper, will finalize the criteria for successful completion of my undergraduate work at Goddard. This film is a digitally animated version of my web site, put to recorded live music. The goal is to present to them my work more closely representative of the event from where and when each photograph came. To achieve the effect I am looking for, I am employing three professional software programs, including Flash 5.0, Swish and Acid Music. This movie is orhestrated digitally and will be projected close to lifesize in an attempt to re-create the live performance event. The digital movie will consist of all the bands posted on the site. And more photographs will be added to the mix. The title (and theme) of my senior study is: The Origin of the Work of Art: The Preservation of Moments through Philosophy and Photography. |
