| Welcome to the secret prequel section of my site. This piece was typed in one sitting, sometime after midnight, in '90 - '91, at a retirement village where I worked grave-yard security. It is the original piece that inspired By Design, but seems seperate from it. It has a harder edge to it, and the attitude is very hostile and hopeless. It closer resembles my attitude at the time, but it was written prior to my losing my virginity. It is the first example of my playing with total honesty in writing, although many things are fictionalized. I wanted to be truthful, but seperated from the subject, at the time.
