| The summer of 2007 was very dry around here. Steve had spotted a deer in the field behind our house a few times so he decided to put out a bucket of water for her. We had been watching this deer come to the bucket to drink for a month or so when we finally got to see her babies! Steve added corn to his daily ritual of putting out water for the deer and one deer turned to as many as 15 at one time! It was amazing seeing that many deer in our back yard! |
| In addition to our "Fur Kids" we also have a 90 gallon aquarium full of fishies and a Red-Earred Slider named 'Oot. 'Oot has been with us for the longest. Steve brought him home from work one day when he was about the size of a half-dollar. His shell is about 7 inches long now! |
