Dark bay stallion 1995
by A.B. General's Command - Irish Cream, by Irish River
This stallion is a very handsome horse, and as bright as a silver button. He has a calm and businesslike air about him; an attitude that helped him win over half a million dollars in his racing career. Even as a yearling, Irish Command proved to be a wonderful horse to train and work around. He loves to learn and is eager to please; his only real problem is his ardent dislike of trailers.
Foaled January 30, 1995.
Stands 16.3 hands.
Marked with star.
Bred by Alderbrook Stables. Owned by Coldwater Creek Farm.
This colt breaks so fast that the jockey'll get whiplash!
Runs fairly well, from what I've seen.
Responds well to urging, picks up some speed.
Appears to have plenty left after workouts. Looks good to me.
Not the most consistent. Has quite a few off-days.
You'd be making a mistake if you don't train this one for steeplechase.
This colt wants to get the lead early, from what I've seen.
Has spunk. May have a competitive edge during real races.
