DNK Racin� Preview 2004 at the Portland Expo February 20-21
Portland, Maine � Short track racing fans who catch the fever watching racing action at (or from) Daytona can kick the winter blues for a few hours on February 20-21 when the annual DNK Racin� Preview 2004 opens its doors at the Portland Expo. Northern New England�s biggest and best wintertime stock car racing showcase opens up from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. February 20, winding up with Saturday activities running from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Racin� Preview 2004 once again will feature more local stock car racing cars and stars, twice as many as any other show in the Tri-State Northern New England region, and at the lowest ticket price of any multi-track offseason show. Hundreds of door prizes will be given out to lucky ticket holders throughout the DNK Racin� Preview 2004, including dozens of race tickets to special shows and regular weekly programs, as well. Every paid adult at Racin� Preview 2004 will receive a coupon good for five dollars off on grandstand admission to the May 16 PASS race at Lee USA Speedway.
Among the many tracks and tours on display at Racin� Preview 2004 will be Maine�s Oxford Plains Speedway, Beech Ridge Motor Speedway and Unity Raceway. New Hampshire�s Star Speedway, Hudson Speedway and Claremont Speedway will be represented, as will both the dirt and asphalt tracks at the Canaan Fair Speedway. Add to that the Pro All Stars Series, the ACT Dodge Tour and representation from the NASCAR tours and ISMA�s Supermodified circuit, with more tracks tours and commercial displays, and you�ve got the gist of what is Northern New England�s top winter stock car racing showcase.
Representative from most of the racetracks and touring series operating throughout Northern New England will be represented at Racin� Preview 2004. Several autograph sessions are planned throughout the show, featuring the Pro All Stars Series regulars and many other local and regional racers. |
