Butler Wins Nova Automotive Hobby Stock Feature
HALIFAX, NS (2004 June 13) - James Butler of Antrim won the 50 lap Nova Automotive Hobby Stock Main Feature at Scotia Speedworld on Sunday afternoon. Larry Fisher of Porters Lake finished second, ahead of Kirk Ryan of Enfield. Terry Henry of Wellington and Brian Watson of Windsor Junction rounded out the top five.

Hobby Stock heat wins went to Kerry McCarthy of Bridgewater, Terry Moore of Antrim and Ryan. Kyle Butler of Antrim, Matt Myers of Lantz and Fisher won the semis.

Shawn Turple of Enfield won the C&R Auto Supply Sportsman feature. Todd Tufts of Timberlea was second, ahead of Terry Roma of West Chezzetcook. James Graves of Berwick and Ray Cox, Jr. of Porters Lake rounded out the top five.

Sportsman heat wins went to Cox and Turple. Roma and Cox won the semis.

Kenny Zwicker of Five Island Lake won the Miller Tire/BF Goodrich Thunder Car feature of the day. Tim Webster of Beaverbank finished second, ahead of Jon Graham of Bridgewater. Chad White of Dartmouth and Matthew Scott of West Dover rounded out the top five.

Thunder Car heat wins went to Brian Barr of Shubenacadie and Bob Colbon of Halifax.

Matt Appleby of Western Shore won the Miller Tire/BF Goodrich Lightning feature. Kenny Hopper of Lakeside was second, ahead of Percy Harvey of Lower Sackville.
