The Rotaract Club of Imus - East, a club sponsored by the Rotary Club of Imus - East, has once more proven herself and upholds the Rotaract International Motto: "Fellowship through Service", for the RY 2003 - 2004. It was realized by actively participating in the goals and objectives of the Rotary International in line to their Motto: "Service Above Self" and has promoted its year's Theme: "Lend A Hand In The World".
The heart of the Rotaractors to serve the community has groaned much in consideration for their great contributions for the past years. Our great concern was to help the community to have better condition for living. To answer our eagerness to serve, therefore the club's General Plans of Action for the Rotary Centennial Year 2004 - 2005, which are stated in the succeeding pages beginning with our club's theme in connection to the R. I. Centennial Theme immediately followed by our Calendar of Activities are hereby presented.
The goals of the club was to develop socialization and further strengthen friendship among the members and gain rapport among fellow youth and fosters leadership and responsible citizenship, we encourage high ethical standards in business, professionalism and promotes international peace and understanding.
Another year has come after eight long years of dedication in service for humanity, for the Rotaract Club of Imus - East to prove herself once more as we Celebrate Rotary 100 years and either she outstayed among the rest of the clubs or outshines them all. Many things can happen and lots of opportunities await her. There might be things in the past, which can't be undone, some are great and some are not. Again, it will become a memory for some, then memories will be made history, history becomes legend and legend becomes myth then the world will forget them because things are not certain. But sometimes, some things are so certain and some things that do happen cannot be unmade, and there are certain men who can't be forgotten. They were those who gave their lives to reach out their hand for the needy and have comfort the many with a pure heart and a spirit of love and compassion which do made them immortals and became great men. Those even by a least manner they have shape the world to become a better place to live in. They were those who are worth of recognition and they are worth to be an ensample for all in this coming year and for the years to come. And they were YOU, as we join together and intend not to break the bond of fellowship neither forsake our friends for us to succeed in one common goal!
