| this is me. rachel. i decided to order the pictures on this site according to the order which i met the people in them just so it doesn't become some kinda heirarchy or soemthing like that b/c of my random order....so yes. i am the first person i ever met. well i never really MET myself...but i was there 'n' stuff. (this page was made in fall '03 and i have no desire to change any information...not that i SHOULD...but yes..it is cheesy ... ha) |

my parents. i met them next, i'm guessing. they are weird.(i guess most people think their parents are weird though) my dad has a funky mustache, and my mom tries to put w/his antics. Uncle greg got him a tissure box shaped as a face for christmas with the tissues coming out of the nose. that in itself is a good description of my dad's character. My mom is the BOMB. I have lots of good "talks" with her 'n' stuff, and she really knows what she's talking about, most of the time. |
| Sarah. My older sister. I met her next. It's sometimes hard living with someone who is mentally disabled, but what a learning experience! Sarah has taught me alot, and I'm so thankful for knowing her. She really has a heart of gold. |  |

| dave and joe. they don't always wear ties, but i thought "wouldn't that be a good studly picture to put of my one brother and a nice freaky one of my other brother?!" I love hanving a website with pictures where i trick people i don't know into thinking that others really look like the candid photos i take!! anyways, dave and joe (ho -his spanish name) are cool. david is 17 'n' stuff. Dave's cool...very crazy. i like to do crazy stuff like dave...like shop at dollar general...and drive all over charlotte in a nasty blue "convertible" just for fun! joe's 11 and we call him many names...like little joe, big joe, joeda-MAN, ho-zay (spanish name), ho, ho-ho (spanish nicknames), THE man, manchild, jo-WEE(mobster name), average joe, regular joe, and just plain joe. me and joe are TIGHT. we even have our own hanshake thingie...it's cool....VERY COOL....."hip" u might say, haha...ask to see it sometime. |

lydia. i totally met her next!!...well probably before joe, but i thought i should keep the family together. I knew lydia when i was younger, but i didn't really. it wasn't until a couple years ago...maybe 2? when i was visiting my grandparents and talked to lydia and she was like "well hey...do you have an email address?" and i was like "umm..i think so" so now she's one of those peolpe who are long distance friends, but really she's like a cousin to me! she even calls me her amish cousin...which....i dunno what secret meanings are behind THAT...but yeah...lydia's the bomb!! I always get to talk to her about important stuff and like..sometimes non-important stuff and like...unlike some other long distancy friends i get to see her more b/c my grandparents live up there...and like ALL the rest of my family pretty much. w00h00!! mmk...so that's lydia. |
| Nicole. I met her like....years ago when we moved to NC in 1996. She went to this cool church in charlotte called FBC, and she was like...some of the first homeschoolin' cool people i ever met. I totally remember like...goin' over her house and she would be like "oh yeah i love to draw!" and we would draw 'n' stuff...that was coolness of youth. so yeah.....We weren't like TOTALLY bestest friends since then...but we've had a cool relationship and like...workin' @ carowinds together and then @ HCBC b/c her and jen told us about it and like...almost practically livin' @ their house b/c me and dave are always over there due to CP 'n' stuff. It's been good times. And one thing that's awesome about nicole is she's my sister in Christ and like...YEAH BUDDY!!! that is AWESOME! So yeah. all that to say me and nicole...we tight....we go way back....alla that. and i don't even care that her dow lurks upstairs in her house ready to pounce on the most unfamiliar person in the house and tear them to shreds with her killer white german shepherd tendencies 'n' stuff...AHHH. aND ALSO nicole is like...really really cool and at one time her name was shibby b/c we make up names like that and once it was somethin-ann.....(i kinda forget the ann names)...yeah....ok we make up nicknames 'n' stuff but i REALLY can't remember ANY MORE right now b/c my brain is mush...i think i just lost that brain cell..ahh....so yeah. Anyways, nicole came on my site when it was like..semi-yet-TOTALLY under construction and like...she was all like.."UH!!! EVERY picture has like alot of writin' next to it except mine...mine just says "nicole."" and she was right...that was the extent of my explanation of nicole at the time, but now i hope that all of this in some small way could possibly satisfy her desire for a long and somewhat descriptive yet droning and extremely boring WHATEVER-THIS-IS. haha!! NICOLe's the BOMB y'all!!!! and she's totally my sister!!!! Definitely my bestest friend since forever besides Jesus, who is totally awesomely our Savior!!!! |
