so yeah....I went to the Winter Youth Retreat (click here for pictures) and it was awesome just like last year. I sooo love going to that b/c it is ALL about Jesus and each time I go, I learn more about my Savior and His love for me and His character. That is what I am truly interested in in this life. I mean, how mush can anything else matter. Life is precious and every SINGLE thing that happens and that we are involved in is a gift from Him and He can bless us sooo much when we are following Him and seeking his will. That is my prayer for all of my friends and all of the campers that I have counseled and met @ camp. i mean, to see the Lord Jesus high and lifted up the way that He is the most precious thing......and to ACTUALLY KNOW Him!!!!!!?!??! WHOA! I love that I know that one true God and that He is not fake or made up or some almighty, unapproachable deity. He loves me! wow! I can't explain it! I can't even understand it myself, but I am sooooo blessed to have the privilege to even talk to Him. To bring everything to Him to give my life into His hands for a much more awesome purpose than it would ever have in my own. He is amazing. He never changes. He is God. He is love.
The retreat was the BOMB! and then my parents came and picked sarah and i up from the hotel in Battle Creek, and brought us to Grand Rapids, MI to my Uncle Dave and Aunt Jocelyn's house. We stayed there for 3 funn time filled days!!!! I love them so much. their kids are wild and crazy and I luv 'em!!! I'm gonna try to get some pictures up on my website from that trip, although i didn't get that many b/c I didn't have my camera handy alot of the time. oh well....i'll put them on this site if i do.....http://www.hometown.aol.com/rache128/family.html haha...ok I just typed that and started workin' on that site....i am very scatterbrained....ok well....i need to finish this so I can do other stuff....like read my bible and go to bed. Remember that whoever you are, Jesus loves you and He died for you.
