Hi! I'm Rachel.

I have been a creative individual and drawn to design for as long as I can remember. Many of my early childhood memories are related to design. These involve fashioning purses out my outgrown jeans and incessantly rearranging my room in order to achieve maximum levels of Fung Shui. I simply couldn't stop creating. Though I am self taught and not formally trained in fine art, I have been drawing, painting, and designing my entire life. It truly fuels me.

Following high school I decided to pursue a career in the beauty industry.  The industry was exciting and offered an outlet to express my creativity in numerous ways. I was a self-employed hair stylist for seven years before I realized that I wasn't utilizing my skill set to the best of my ability. Art and technology were two things that I was passionate about so I decided that Graphic and Web Design would be an appropriate fit. As I've continued to learn and grow in these practices through my studies, I couldn't be more content with my decision.

In addition to graphic design some of the things I am passionate about are my faith, family, friends, traveling, hand lettering, exploring the great outdoors, reading, fitness, and interior design. I only have a few months left until I complete my degree and I couldn't be more excited to enter into this inspiring field. Thank you so much for taking the time to explore my work!
