CHARACTER CREATION QUESTIONNAIRE

1. What is your character's Name?

2. Unjustly label your character in 1-4 words

3. In 25 words or more, describe your character's background

4. In a short paragraph, describe your character's personality and
reputation as a short blurb that can be given to others

5. In general, is your character more Physical than Mental/Spiritual or vice-versa, or equal parts of both?

6. Does your character use magic? If so, how powerful would you like them to be, on a scale of 1-10 (1 being a novice, 5 being a decent spellcaster, 10 being a legendary figure)?
NOTE:  Only a select few spellcasters will be allowed as Player Characters.

7. Is your character a Supernatural Being (as in: Shapeshifter, Gifted
Monotheist, Spirit, Fabulous Beast of Elder Times, Demon, Undead Creature,
Debased Pagan Deity, etc.)? If so, please keep in mind that any special
benefits this confers will be counterbalanced by special.  
NOTE:  Only a select few Supernatural Beings will be allowed as Player Characters; though characters under curses or enchantments or possessing
magical items are just fine.

8. Name 3 short-range goals for your character; please make them concrete
things which can be achieved in a single game session

9. Name 3 long-range goals for your character; this is basically for
purposes of background information but may be followed up on in post-game
correspondence ("Where are they now?" email wrap-up after the game).

10. Select a primary weapon for your character (most characters will
choose to fence with the scimitar, if they can fight at all) and
describe any very special skills they may have (1-7 of them: things like Master Poet, Linguist Fluent in 12 Languages, Vast Knowledge of the Mysterious East, etc.).

11. Select a religious background for your character -
only a select number of pagans and other non-monotheists will be allowed; most characters should be Muslim, Jewish or Christian
