| December 29, 2004 Okay kids... I updated a bunch of pics on the football games page, and byu pics page.. so check em out. I'm driving home tomorrow.. school starts on the 4th. Not much else has gone on this break.. just a bunch of sleeping and chilling.. really didn't mind it though. My friend James died in a car accident yesterday so that's kind of a bummer. A bunch of us got together last night and I really wasn't planning on seeing anyone, but it was good to see people. It still doesn't seem real, and my heart goes out to the family. Good night - - December 25, 2004 Merry Christmas everybody! It's been a good holiday.. and it feels good to be home. Finals have come and gone, and it was kinda weird to be able to sleep and not worry about studying. I'm not complaining though. I got done w/ finals last Thursday, but I decided to hang out in Provo for a week or so. I drove home w/ my buddy Spencer last Wednesday and have been home ever since. This Christmas has definitely been different than the rest.. for one thing Josh is home.. but I kinda took a step back this time and realized how great it is to have the fam together. I guess I appreciate them more being away at school, and it's just nice to have such a great family. Josh will be heading to school with me later next week.. so it'll be sweet to have him in Provo with me. Soooooo... things are good .. winter semester starts on the 4th.. a little soon but oh well. Aight.. hope things are going well for everyone.. and have a good night December 12, 2004 Holllllla -- So it's December.. .and a week left until semester is over! However.. that does mean that finals are this week. YAY! [ cough cough... sarcasm]. I really don't know what to expect .. nor do I know what to study for because a lot of professors didn't provide study guides.. so oh well. I have studied my booty off all semester.. so I really don't know if studying anymore (because they're all cumulative) would really benefit me. I'm really excited for a change in classes though! ?????????Things have been pretty chill up here.. just been running and hanging out. I'm definitely not in the best shape.. but I'm trying. My quads are actually quite sore because it seems I only run hills here. Hot dang. I have a few good stories that are going down in the book from this weekend.. one involving my roommate mooning about 15 random people.. and my friend Sue running around in a Dinosaur costume until 4 in the morning. This was possibly the most fun weekend I have had up here..I've decided to lighten up and live it up a little.. in a good way of course. I've realized I've been too hard on myself all semester and have gotten a little OCD about studying.. and that I NEED BALANCE.. so I've done it.. and it's been fun. I go home next Wednesday.. can't believe it's Christmas time now.. sure doesn't seem like it.. but I'm sure it will when I get home. G'night |
