3 days overdue!
Well with that being said, I've heard mixed reviews about the castor oil, some so bad that I will stay clear of it.
- It can cause me to dehydrate, therefore complicating everything during labor
- It can cause the baby to go to the bathroom on herself, and complicate her delivery and possibly cause her to get sick - Oh hell no!
- It causes more severe contractions (Do those really need to be made worse? NO)
Those 3 reasons alone are enough to keep me away! I have though, tried the spicy foods. I ate jalapenos in my beef taco salad for lunch.
Last night we had Chinese food.- not spicy but I've been told that can induce me too...
I've been trying to walk but with this nasty cold aggravating my asthma, its hard.
Someone on La Femme Bonita suggested that I drink Raspberry Leaf Tea at least 4 times a day, and take primrose oil. I'm going to take a look at it at the store tonight, since we need something to drink at home besides milk anyhow (milk = more phlem Yuck). Of course there is drinking lots of H2O also, which I've been doing my entire pregnancy it seems like I crave water! I've really gotten to like the vitamin waters, like Sobe and the one put out by Gatorade especially...Propel I think it's called. That's what my Doctor said last week was to drink a lot of water and walk...I'm trying really I am but right now I am waiting for a phone call and/or email from someone in our plant in Cali.
I'm so impatient to have Selena I know, but I want to see her, I'm sick of working, I'm tired of being pregnant, I want to sleep comfortably (even if I do have to get up with her @ night!), and I just want to hold her in my arms!
Well, if anything works my pregnancy blog will change into my baby blog LOL...which it will eventually anyways.
