I'm sure all of us have lost someone we knew because they weren't thinking about their safety. Recently, a very old friend of mine died in a car crash just because he wasn't wearing his seat belt... My freshmen year in highschool I lost 2 friends from 4 wheeler accidents because they werent wearing helmets. And when I was in 7th grade my bestfriends brother was killed because he was riding with a drunk driver. If only they had taken a moment to think of what could happen, they all would still be here. The safety first project is to remind people of the small and large things that can save someones life. Whether its buckling up, having safe sex, wearing protecting gear, or a sober driver. If you would like to join the project simply send me a banner or doll showing something about safety. I'll add it to this page with your url.
