19 December 2000 - 'Guys and Dolls' was fantastic. Go to the 'Guys and Dolls' section of this site to read my review. I was sitting three rows away from the front, so I had a fantastic view of the stage. It was really excellent. I met Rachael after the show, which was really good. I talked to her for five minutes. She was really, really nice.

27 November 2000 - The tickets for the Sydney Season of 'Singin' in the Rain' are available from today. It will be premiering in May 2001. According to Saturday's Adelaide Advertiser (dated November 25) tells us basically that 'The Sound of Music' is the biggest box office musical Adelaide has seen. It read, in part, "Stage classic The Sound of Music has broken box office records in Adelaide, taking $1.5 million in advance sales in just one month. Tickets went on sale last month and the show has now surpassed records held by Chicago and The Boy From Oz."

16 October 2000 - The tickets will be on sale for the Adelaide season of Sound of Music on the 23^rd of October (next week). She has been critically acclaimed as Maria. She is finally coming to Adelaide after about 6 years, I think (she came to Adelaide for 'Me and My Girl.')

22 September 2000 - Rachael Beck is to star in a concert version of 'Guys and Dolls,' similar to the one that 'The Production Company' did with Marina Prior. She is performing with Peter Cousens, and Rhonda Burchmore in this show at the
Adelaide Festival Theatre. There are two performances on December 9^th. One at 3.00pm, and another at 8.00pm. I'll be going to see the matinee, so I'll write a report and section on the show. The tickets start at $32, and go to $53. This show has been arranged in the series of 'Showtime' for the Adelaide Symphonic Orchestra. Book through BASS.

Rachael Beck also made a guest appearance in 'Stingers' on Tuesday. She performed an inspiring and emotional performance.
