Reflection Rooms

������� 5 rooms are devoted for Reflections. At some juncture in the module, I was made to submit my Reflection pages to the WebBoard. Such conferences was aimed at giving us the opportunity to exchange ideas and suggestions on how we teach and learn with the internet.

Read about the traditional approach and the�web-based approach. Find out how teachers can incorporate these approaches in her classrooms as well as their similarities and differences.

What are search strategies? How do we obtain relevant information from the Internet? In this activity, I reflected on my own habits as I searched for information through my favourite search engine, Yahoo and how I can narrow or widen my search so that I can get� the sites that I want more quickly.

In this activity, I actually scrutinised a homepage closer, The purpose was to look at whether the Web Page is good. I focused on various aspects as I evaluated the websites. For instance, the intended audience and the aesthetic design of the page.

The 3 routes that I had taken before I produce my final product. Just a
note- I had made a lot of adjustments to my Homepage before I reach my final
production. As such some areas may not be relevant. They are:
1. Developing the Content
2. Outlining the Organisation and Specifying the Navigation
3. Producing the Web page
�������� Discussion on Webquest activity and the process taken to develop a Home page. Some interesting areas discussed are the trials and challenge of incorporating Webquest in the classroom and the pros and cons of getting children to undergo these activities
