Lina's Thoughts:
My thoughts on Nuriko? Hmm... I love Nuriko to death! He is one of my favorite characters from FY! And, in all honesty, I never cried as hard as I did when Nuriko died. I can't watch that episode without a box of tissues. Though, seriously, Nuriko is a deep character, full of life and personality. I truly do think that he loves Miaka as more than a sister, but steps aside for one of his best friends happiness. How sweet!! There isn't much I can say about Nuriko that hasn't been said many times over. So I suppose I will end it here. ^^
Adri's Thoughts:
Well, first just let me say this. Nuriko is NOT gay! I am a firm believer in that. Yes, he did want to marry Hotohori, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's gay ^ ^ Nuriko is one of the sweetest characters in FY. I cried buckets when he died, and still do every time I watch it. I think he loved Miaka. It's a shame that his feelings about her were never explored. Like Lina said, there's not too much you can say about Nuriko that hasn't been said before, so let's just suffice it to say that Nuriko rocks ^ ^
