Steph and I caught game three of the Cubs' first series at PNC park. They had somehow won the first two games, so I brought a broom with me in an obnoxious effort to encourage a sweep. It was quickly taken away by a security guard. He said it wasn't the first one he had nabbed that day. Cubs fans are legion.
PNC is amazing, even if no one knows what 'PNC' stands for. 'Pirates Never Contend?' 'Pittsburghians Need Cologne?' Who knows?
The view across the river is the best in baseball. Pirates fans should tell Giants fans to blow it out their fisherman's wharf. |
