Hello! My name is Roman. I'm currently finishing my undergraduate degree in finance at Northeastern Illinois University. I am also working full time at ATG Credit, LLC as an accounts representative. I have been living in Illinois my whole life and have been living in the city of Chicago for the last two years. When not doing school work or at my place of employment, I enjoy doing things like playing video games, watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with my friends and family. Right now my main focus is to finish out my last year of school strongly while still maintaining my performance at work. I then hope to start my career in the financial sector in which I hope to be successful and perhaps start a business of my own.

Completed the Illinois Department of Agriculture pesticide licensing curriculum. Worked with various pesticides, chemicals, and equipment. Inspected and treated various water sources during the day. Operated a government vehicle throughout the work-day and the truck-mounted fogger during night-sprays. Promoted to supervisor position in just three years. Responsible for monitoring the work of up to 20 field operators. Reported directly to the area manager.
Responsible for cleaning customer vehicles coming through the service department as well as vehicles that were sold. Kept the floor plan of the dealership organized and clean. Maintained the showroom, waiting area, and bathrooms of the dealership. Delivered vehicles for dealership trades and transported customers to their desired destination. Took inventory of all the vehicles in the lot every week.
Executed a system that requires a team to service customer vehicles in the quickest way possible while exceeding customer expectations. Performed strenuous work in a very fast-paced environment. Advised customers of current and potential problems and what was required to resolve them. Lead the team as a Crew Chief to ensure that the work-flow process was completed with highest quality in the most efficient manner. Worked up to 60 hours a week at the highest volume facility in the region, which contributed to an award-winning year for the branch.
Relayed customer orders over the phone and in the store. Served customers their food when it was ready for pickup. Operated point-of-sale equipment. Prepared various food items and boxed a high volume of pizzas in the kitchen, when necessary. Resolved all customer complaints. Maintained the front of the store as well as the kitchen.
