5. "SAILOR MOON" NEUTRAL ATTRIBUTES

The following is a table of Neutral Attributes found in the Sailor Moon RPG Resource Book. It details the cost (in CP per level), the Relevant Stat, and who can possess it: a Sailor Senshi (SS), Knight (Kn), Dark Villain (DV), Ronin Warrior (RW), or Dark Warlord (DW). It also gives the page in the resource book where more information can be found.

*Focused Combat affects CV under certain circumstances. Combat Mastery affects CV under all circumstances. You must decide beforehand the circumstances under which Focused Combat takes effect.

**Appearence level 4, 5, 6, gives the character an automatic level 1, 2, or 3 (respectively) to Art of Distraction, but only if the distractor is visible to the distractees.

***Speed levels 3, 4, 5, and 6 give a special +1, +2, +3, or +4 bonus, respectively, to the initiative roll in a combat situation.

6. "YOROIDEN: SAMURAI TROOPERS" NEUTRAL ATTRIBUTES

==A. Heightened Armor Power (1 CP / level)
(Relevant Stat: none)

This attribute is only available to Dark Warlords and Ronin Warriors. It increases the number of Power Points available for Sub-Attributes. 
Level 1 - 2 extra Power Points
Level 2 - 4 extra Power Points
Level 3 - 6 extra Power Points
Level 4 - 8 extra Power Points
Level 5 - 10 extra Power Points
Level 6 - 12 extra Power Points

==B. Hidden Identity (2 CP / level)

 This attribute is only available to Dark Warlords and Ronin Warriors, since Sailors and Knights automatically have their identities hidden, and Dark Villains can mask themselves easily with "Negaverse Magic" or hide with "Environmental Control."

The Dark Warlord or Ronin Warrior can hide their identity with a facemask, by modulating their voice, or any other number of means. 

Level 1 - Armorored warrior's identity is apparent upon close
	inspection, but still somewhat hidden.
Level 2 - Armorored warrior's identity is very difficult to
	uncover.
Level 3 - Armorored warrior's identity is near imposible to
	discover.
[Anubis (Shuten), Kale (Anubis) and Sekmet (Naaza) have facemasks that hide their identity well (level 2). Dais (Rajura) has a very concealing mask and modulates his voice, making it near impossible to know who he is (level 3).]
