My Guestbook
Currently I'm doing a major overhaul of my entire webpage. I'll leave the links up, but they too will be under construction. I'll be adding some more pictures, some more drawings, and probably some of my writing. I'm not sure about that yet. But bear with me as this change takes place, all right?
You are in a tavern, the seedy one with the spider over the door, and are instantly assaulted with the thick, heavy scent of fermented mead and beer. The room is dimly lit, and the only two exits, besides the one you just came in, is a door behind the bar leading to the cramped kitchen and a narrow winding staircase frequented by partially dressed jaded women and their...friends.
Capatis City is a new experience for you; a sprawling, slum of a city full of people who make most of their money in shadier practices than you're used to. You're leered at by a few people as you enter, but as a whole, you are completely ignored.
"Psst." The shadows seem to be calling to you now. You carefully wedge past the gambling tables, glancing briefly at one man's hand of five aces, and approach the far unlit corner where the noise you had heard so clearly had come from.
The is a faint chuckle; you can barely make out a hooded someone bent over the table.
"Welcome to my city," the person says in a rough, female voice. Her pen begins to glow an eerie blue, the tell-tale sign of magic, and the words she was writing writh on the page.
     "Stay a while."
Do you:
Leave for the stairs.
Talk to her.
Leave for the kitchen.
Leave the Drunken Spider Tavern.
