Step 1) publish your movie, you will get a silver copy of your finished document.
Step 2) put your silver copy in a compressed zipped folder (right click on the silver copy and click "send to" then "compressed zipped file")
Step 3) Make sure your animation is all spiffy and spiffed out then send it to [email protected] or [email protected]
