All About Me...
Hi,
First of all I would like to thank you for coming to my web page. You will find out some things about me, myself, and my life. I hope that you enjoy yourself.
My name is Jessica. I am currently 14 years old. I live in Manistee County, Michigan with my two little sisters, Kaylee and Laci, my mom, Deb, and my dad, Ken. My mom works as a home health aid and my dad is a corrections officer at the Oaks Prison in Manistee. I also have a dog named Sophie and a cat named Tigger. We live in the woods and only about half a mile from the great Tippy Dam.
My family have two cabins. They are called, "Old House Cabins". We rent them year round and we get to meet people from all over. We even had people from England stay in our cabins once.
I am going into the 9th grade at Brethren High School in September. I can' t wait, well, yes I can. Anyways, I do really well in school, in the past I have gotton straight A's. I hope to continue doing so in the future.
I like to play sports, listen to music, hang out with my friends, write stories, and use the computer.
I play many sports. I used to play basketball. I still do, but not at school on the team. It is at the same time as Cross Country and I have begun to really enjoy myself at that. I also play volleyball and am in track. I also like to swim and ride bikes. There are many places in my town that let us do that. The only sports that I don't like are hunting and fishing. Since so many people in my family are addicted to these sports, I have gotten used to them. The whole concept of killing for fun just doesn't seem to entertain me as much as other sports.
I enjoy many kinds of music. I like all kinds really. I prefer certain kinds but I don't think that there is any music that I truly hate. My favorite bands are Blink 182 and Eminem. I also like Dr. Dre, 3rd. Eye Blind, Machbox 20, Creed, Snoop Dogg, Papa Roach, and many many other bands. I am also in the band at my school. I am a flutist. I can play several other instuments also, but I am the best at the flute.
I don't really have a best friend. I have many good friends, but probably not a best one. I like to do many things with my friends. We do everything together from just hanging out, to going to the movies, to shopping, to cleaning up the local dam together. I think that doing things outside of school and or jobs with your friends will make you much closer.
I love to write stories. I feel that I am a really good writer and someday hope to have several stories published for everyone to enjoy. I am also thinking of a career in Psychology. I think that that would be an interesting and very full-filling career.
