I am Raymond Piniones, from Morong, Rizal Philippines, who loves computer programming and emulators(because its free). I am planning on uploading roms to this site in the future if the website host will permit it, but probably they wont because I think that it is illegal. The least I can do is send the roms to your email address(via your request of course, as long as it is a gameboy rom because gameboy roms are small files unlike other roms like cps2 roms that can go up to 30 MB per game).
If you dont know about game emulators, emulators are computer programs that kind of mimics a game system like gameboy, playstation, n64 etc. Roms act as the game cartridges. An emulator needs rom like a game system need game cartridges(except PlayStation which runs actual PSX CDs. If you are not a gamer this might seem unimportant.
What good is an emulator to us? We benefit from this emulators not just because it is free, but also because we dont have to buy game systems to play games that we like (no offense to the Game system Manufacturers, I hope you dont find this page).
Now let's talk about programming? What is computer programming? In Computer programming you make computer programs. A computer program(software) is a set of instructions that will be process by the computer(hardware). The stupid computer hardware can't do anything without a program or software. Now that you know something about computer programming, what do you need to make programs, is it hard to make computer programs? You need a compiler like Visual basic, pascal, C or Delphi to make computer programs. Computer programming is hard and frustating at first but you will feel better once you get the hang of it. Its like learning how to ride a bicycle, remember that frustating feeling when you come crashing in your neighbor's front gate? I have some simple computer games I made myself when I was in second year college, try it just for fun.....And also check my submissions in http://www.a1vbcode.com/ ( click the MY VB SOURCE CODES link above )......
