The first step is to figure out what number each row, column and diagonal must equal.

First add all of the numbers from 1 to 9, (1 + 2 + ... + 9) = 45.

Second, realize that since there are 3 rows each row must total 45/3, or 15.

Then just start trying combinations until you end-up with:

4	3	8
9	5	1
2	7	6
