THOMAS CRICKMORE'S WILL 1821
A
I, Thomas Crickmore of Ipswich in the County of Suffolk Optician do make this my last will and testament. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Anna Linsey Crickmore all my estate and effects of whatever nature and kind so ever to hold the same unto my said wife her executors, administrators and assigns , and I do nominate constitute and appoint my said wife and Charles Stuart, Printer of Ipswich aforesaid to be the Executrix and Executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Thomas Crickmore hereunto set my seal.

WitnessesAffidavit of Charles Stuart accompanying this will
Charles Stuart of Ipswich in the County of Suffolk maketh oath and saith that he is the executor named in the last Will and Testament of Thomas Crickmore late of Ipswich aforesaid Optician deceased and which will is hereunto annexed and marked "A", that he the deponent at the request of and according to the instructions given him by the said deceased wrote the said last Will and Testament, and that the same was signed by the said Thomas Crickmore the Testator and declared to be his last will and testament in the presence of the witnesses thereto subscribed on the fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one and that the omission of the day month and year on which the said will was so executed as aforesaid was an inadvertance on the part of the deponant.

The said Charles Stuart signed the above affidavit and was sworn to the truth thereof at Ipswich aforesaid the 18th day of June 1822 before me Wm Layton, A.M., Surrogate.Anna Linsey Crickmore, Widow, Relict and Executrix within named was sworn to the truth of this Will at Ipswich on the tenth day of June in the year 1822 in due form of Law before me.
