WILL OF MARY CRICKMORE 1751
In the name of God Amen. I, Mary Crickmer of Bungay in the County of Suffolk, Widow, being of sound and disposeing Mind Memory and Understanding, praised be Almighty God for the same, Do ordain publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and fform following (that is to say)
I give, devise, limitt and Appoint unto John Crickmer my eldest son and to his heirs forever All That my third part and all other my share in a certain ffarm called Beergood Hall in Bungay aforesaid with all and every the Houses, Lands, Meadows and Appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining
And also to give full Power and Authority unto my Executors herein after named or such of them as shall take upon him or themselves the Probate of this my Will or the survivour of them or the Executors or Administrators of such survivour to make sale of all that my Messuage or Tenement and ffarm with all and singular the Houses, Outhouses, Lands, Tenements, Meadows, Pastures, ffeedings and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining now in the Tenure Use or Occupaation of Robert Qinn, his assignee or assigns, undertenant or undertenants and also all other my Messuages, Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever not herein before disposed of situate lying and being in Bungay aforesaid or in any other Town ot Towns Hamlet Parish or Place thereunto near or next adjoining either together or in parcells for the best price or prices as can be had or obtained for the same as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
And the Monies arising from the sale thereof And also the rents and profits untill sale and also all my personal Estate whatsoever after payment of the Mortgage Money due on the said premises and all other my just Debts and ffuneral and other necessary expences, and also the sum of Thirty Pounds which I do give in the ffirst place unto the said John my son, I do give and devise to be equally divided among my Younger Children Elizabeth, Robert, William and Martha Share and Share alike
Lastly I do nominate, constitute and appoint the said Robert Crickmer my son and John Lillistone my Son in Law Executors of this my Will
In Witness whereof I the said Testatrix Mary Crickmer have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my Hand and Seal this Eleventh day of July in the twenty ffifth Year of the Reign of or Sovereign Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain, ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the ffaithful And in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred anf fifty one.
