Septuagint

Whatsoever man shall vow a vow to the Lord, or swear an oath, or bind himself with an obligation upon his soul, he shall not break his word; all that shall come out of his mouth he shall do

New Testament

Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths

Masoretic Text

When a man voweth a vow unto Jehovah, or sweareth an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth

Comments:  This is a very loose quotation, if it is one at all.  The NT, MT and LXX agree in general sense.  See also Lev 19.12.
