Septuagint

By myself I swear, righteousness shall surely proceed out of my mouth; my words shall not be frustrated; that to me every knee shall bend, and every tongue shall swear by God

New Testament

For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, to me every knee shall bow, And every tongue shall confess to God

Masoretic Text

By myself have I sworn, the word is gone forth from my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear

Comments:  This is Isaiah 45.24 in the LXX.  Brenton’s LXX text is based largely on Vaticanus.  Codex Alexandrinus has exomologhsetai pasa glwssa tw qew, differing only in word order from in the NT.

The MT differs, having “swear” in place of  “confess.”
