Hosea 10.8
Septuagint

erousi
toiV oresi, kaluyate hmaV,
kai toiV bounoiV, pesate ef hmaV

New Testament - Luke 23.30

tote  arxontai legein
toiV oresin:  pesete ef hmaV,
kai toiV bounoiV:  kaluyate hmaV

Septuagint

they shall say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us

New Testament

Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us

Masoretic Text

they shall say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us

Comments:  The NT modifies both the LXX and the MT, interchanging the action.  This verse is part of a short speech Jesus made on the Via Dolorosa to certain women who were lamenting him.  His purpose was to demonstrate that they had more cause to be concerned for themselves and their children.  In the context, it is not introduced as a direct quotation.

In Hosea 10.8, Codex Alexandrinus (the Septuagint text above generally follows Vaticanus) also interchanges the verbs, in agreement with the NT.
