I have surely seen the affliction of my people that is in Egypt, and I have heard their cry caused by their taskmasters; for I know their affliction.  And I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians ... I have seen the affliction with which the Egyptians afflict them.  And now come, I will send thee to Pharao

New Testament

I have surely seen the affliction of my people that is in Egypt, and have heard their groaning, and I am come down to deliver them:  and now come, I will send thee into Egypt
 

Masoretic Text

I have surely seen the affliction of my people that are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; and I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians ...  I have seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them.  Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharoah

Comments:  The NT, LXX and MT agree.
