Septuagint

It is not in heaven above, as if there were one saying, Who shall go up for us into heaven, and shall take it for us, and we will hear and do it?  Neither is it beyond the sea, saying, Who will go over for us to the other side of the sea, and take it for us, and make it audible to us, and we will do it?  The word is very near thee, in thy mouth, and in thine heart, and in thine hands to do it

New Testament

Say not in thy heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down:) or, Who shall descend into the abyss? (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead.)  But what saith it?  The word is nigh thee, in thy mouth and in thy heart

Masoretic Text

It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, and make it near to hear it, that we may do it?  Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it?  But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it

Comments:  The NT generally agrees with the LXX and MT.  However, the NT mentions descent into the abyss, where both the LXX and the MT speak of travel across the sea.  Lamsa’s translation of the passage from Deuteronomy from the Peshitta agrees with the LXX and MT:  “Who shall go over the sea for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?”
