LION OF ZION XXXIV
"A GREAT CALAMITY"

I have wrestled with this vision for weeks, not wanting to release it or share it. I kept hoping that if I forgot about what I was told, the subject of the vision would
"just go away". It has not.
I am not the only voice who has received a message similar to this one. It was sweet and startling at the same time, and left me with a sense of peace and well being,
even though the message was
terrifying to my natural mind.
The message is short and to the point. It also could easily be called,
"LEAN ON ME", for that is what our Savior wants us all to do.
It really is the message HE is sharing with us.
Here is a definition of calamity from
Webster’s

misery
2.
any extreme misfortune; disaster
3.
to strike, smash
I was worshipping at church, when I saw my favorite LION thundering towards me. HIS mane was rippling in the wind, HIS gallop shaking the ground as HE ran through a high mountain meadow. I could smell the sweet perfume of the blooming wild flowers, as they swayed in the breeze.
Instinctively, I threw myself down on the ground in adoration and submission. I peeked up as a jeweled, golden crown appeared on my KING’S head. HE stopped right in front of me.
Gently HE leaned over and began to lick and clean me, just as a Mama cat cleans her little kittens.
When HE was finished I was wearing a pretty white dress, and feeling so loved and so clean.
I sat up and tenderly leaned my head on HIM, just as lovers often lean on each other when they are wrapped in each other’s love.
HE very quietly, and very gently began to speak to me.
"A GREAT CALAMITY WILL SOON BEFALL YOUR COUNTRY."
(I immediately had the sense that it would be psychologically devastating, similar to 9/11 in magnitude.)
"I WANT YOU PEACEFUL,
LEANING ON ME,
QUIET IN THE MIDST OF TURMOIL,
AND PANIC,
AND FEAR…..
SHINING MY LOVE AND MY LIGHT.
BE AT PEACE.
I WOULD HAVE YOU BE MY HANDS AND FEET
OF MERCY AND KINDNESS.
I WOULD HAVE YOU BE FLAMING FIRES OF MY LOVE
ADMIDST THE CHAOS.
LEAN ON ME.
LEAN ON ME."
The whole sense of the discourse was sweet and peaceful. I didn’t feel any fear or concern. Why should I? I was with my LION, and was safe in HIS strength!
