THE LION SPEAKS, BUT DOES NOT APPEAR

A Message I Received During Praise and Worship

I saw a pentagram with the evil eye inside of it looking out at the congregation as we worshiped.  I wrestled in my spirit against it.  I didn’t want it anywhere near the church I attend.

Then I heard the words of my favorite LION:

“THE FIGHT HAS BEGUN…
THERE IS GREAT WICKEDESS AFOOT IN YOUR LAND…”

I continued worshiping and the following message wove in and out of the Praise and Worship.

“MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN SO DISTRACTED LATELY--DOORBELLING, PHONING, PLACING THEIR TRUST IN A WORDLY KINGDOM THAT WILL FAIL THEM. 

THEY HAVE LOOKED TO EARTHLY LEADERS AND NOT TO ME.” 

The voice that spoke was sorrowful, yet filled with authority.

“I AM A JEALOUS GOD AND I WILL GIVE MY GLORY TO NO ONE BUT MYSELF. 

MY CHILDREN HAVE GIVEN THEIR PRAISE TO OTHER THAN ME. 

THEY HAVE FOLLOWED A FALSE SHEPHERD. 
THEY HAVE FOLLOWED A SAUL.

JUDGMENT IS EVEN NOW KNOCKING AT THE DOOR.”

The voice was strong and unwavering. 

Then I saw a huge ocean going vessel.  It was a workhorse of a ship, not a pretty ocean liner or cruise ship.  The ship was involved in a battle for its survival.  It was caught in a storm of Biblical proportions.  The waves were hundreds of feet high.  The ship was navigating the waves as it tossed the ship to and fro.

I heard the words “sea legs” and somehow knew that the crew and any passengers aboard needed to develop a new set of legs in order to stay on board the ship during the raging storm.

Once again I heard my favorite LION speak:

“I AM THE CAPTAIN, AND I WILL LEAD THIS SHIP THROUGH THE STORMS THAT ARE EVEN NOW ON THEIR WAY.”

Again I saw the boat and I became weak-kneed just looking at the ferocious storm and the boat as it rose and fell, rose and fell, rose and fell.

“UNLESS YOU ARE ON MY BOAT, YOU WILL BE SWEPT AWAY BY THE STORMS THAT ARE AT YOUR DOOR.”
