While the first book got me hooked, the 2nd book UNDERCOVER BRIDE by Kylie Brant kept me guessing about the bad-boy hero. Was he really what he seemed? Great page turner!
Moving right along the 3rd book in the series Eileen Wilks' NIGHT OF NO RETURN did not keep my attention focused on the plot like the first two books. I've enjoyed Eileen Wilks' other books but this one was not up to her usual standard.
HER SECRET WEAPON by Beverly Barton brings the series back to life with this book. I enjoyed the story and will be hanging on to it for future re-read.
I enjoyed HERO AT LARGE by Robin Amos a great deal and while it was the first book I read by this author it won't be the last.
STRANGERS WHEN WE MARRIED by Carla Cassidy, THE SPY WHO LOVED HIM by Merline Lovelace and SOMEONE TO WATCH OVER HER by Margaret Watson were all very enjoyable reads for me and kept me interested in the series.
Still to come are: THE ENEMY'S DAUGHTER by Linda Turner / THE WAY WE WED by Pat Warren / CINDERELLA'S SECRET AGENT by Ingrid Weaver and wrapping up the series in June 2001 FAMILIAR STRANGER by Sharon Sala. Lots of great reading ahead with this line-up of authors!
