| Here is some helpful links I found if you're in an abusive situation. I happen to know, first hand, how hard it can be to leave. Even if everyone calls you stupid for staying. I am barely on my road to recovery now, and something that has helped me tremendously is a book I read called Women Who Love Too Much by Robin Norwood. It is about relationship addiction and WHY we stay. It really helps to understand. It also has a step-by-step road to recovery. But no matter what, don't ever let your self esteem slip so far that you think you deserve it .
