Middle of the week and all is going well.  Hump day is here.  I spent the evening with Libbe last night because Alex was giving her some static.  He is teething and is really fussy.  But, he will he will be okay.  Hunter starts flag football practice tonight.  Can't wait to hear how he liked it.  Charlie and I have to figure out something to do this weekend.  It is a totally free weekend and I want to do something.  Maybe, maybe he would agree to go to Erie.  We haven't been there for a couple of years and it is so relaxing when we go there.  Not really much to do; but sit on the beach and relax.  We will see.  If not Erie maybe he would agree to Geneva on the Lake.  It is always nice to go up the one of the wineries and enjoy the whole day.  I will have to check and see what is all going on.  If we don't go on Saturday, we maybe able to get away on Sunday.  Which ever is okay day.  I have to arrange to take the kids school shopping.  I want to wait until the last week of  the month since for some reason they seem to grow right up until school starts.  That will be an exciting day with Charley, Hunter and Santino.  I am looking forward to it; but I don't know about Charlie.  He did say we would make a day of it and take the kids for lunch and everything.  We will see.

Dear Lord, Please guide me each day to do your will.  Give me patience; do not make me bitter or nasty; let me think before I do something that will upset You.  Amen.

Today's reading:  He existed before everything else began.  The faithful and true witness, the ruler of God's creation. Christ is the Head of the church, which is His body.  He is the first of all who will rise from the dead, so He is first in everything.  The Lord formed me from the beginning, before He created anything else.  I was appointed in ages past, at the very first, before the earth began.  I was there when He established the heavens, when He drew the horizon on the oceans.  I was there when He set the clouds above, when He established the deep fountains of the earth.  I was there when He set the limits of the seas, so they would not spread beyong their boundaries.  And when He marked off  the earth's foundations.  I was the architect at His side.  I was His constant delight, rejoicing always in His presence.  From eternity to eternity I am God.  Jesus, on whom our faith depends from the start to finish.  He was willing to die a shameful death on the cross because of the joy He knew would be His afterward.  Now He is seated in the place of highest honor beside God's throne in heaven.  God is not the creator of the world but also its sustainer.  Because Christ is the sustainer of all life, none of us is independent from Him.  We are all His servants who must daily trust Him to protect us, care for us and sustain us.   LAB note from Colossians 1:17.
