Hopefully a Firm Start Date for Archibeque's Trial
We all know that the Justice System is overloaded, so it will come as no surprise that the start date of Archibeque's trial, was moved forward to Monday, January 13th, 2009 at 8:30 AM in Department 24 of the Superior Court in San Jose, California.

Thank you for the update. I had the opportunity of visiting Mary’s death and burial sites last Saturday. It was one of my saddest moments and would like nothing more then for this Richard guy to get the death penalty. Does anyone know if they’re still collecting donations for her plaque?
