I'm sorry it took so long for this update. The information became available to me late last week.
Archibeque's trial is to start on Monday, January 5th, 2009 at 8:30 AM in Department 24 of the Superior Court in San Jose, California.

Does anyone know the case number? It is already January 8th and I can't find anything on the status. If I have a case number I can look it up on the Santa Clara Superior Court web page. Thank you for the updates.
