I spoke with Prosecutor James Gibbons-Shapiro today.
He informed me that Archibeque’s Attorney has
requested additional preparation time.
Archibeque’s murder trial is set to start on Monday July 21st, 2008 at 8:30 am in Department 24.

There is a rumor around the neighborhood that Richard committed suicide. I am gathering from this post that he is still alive.
