Archibeques preliminary hearing scheduled for Monday February 4^th 2008 lasted two days and then a continuance was granted. Two witnesses were unavailable to testify until Friday February 15^th 2008. Court will reconvene on Friday February 15^th 2008 at 2: p.m.

The first witness called to the stand was Archibeques 3^rd victim of the 1970’s that we know of so far. She will remain nameless here as I respect her privacy. She was 16 years old the night of July 14^th, 1979 when Archibeque grabbed her while she was walking down a sidewalk a couple blocks away from Archibeques home. Archibeque crammed a rag into her mouth, placed her in a stranglehold and then dragged her through a hole in a cyclone fence into a field and then raped her.

Archibeques January 1978 victim, Bonnie Kellogg is deceased. Sargent Chuck Seymour was her voice in the courtroom. Archibeques girlfriend from 1977 explained for the court how Richard would stalk her, hold her against her will and tie her up. A few classmates and friends of Mary also testified. Then the coroner testified. And presented the pictures of Mary. Those pictures were so upsetting to me and that’s my reason for not updating this site sooner. Those pictures scream out for the Death Penalty. I will attend the February 15^th preliminary hearing wrap-up and I will try to up-date this site over the weekend.
