Archibeque's September 13th court date led to another continuance set for Thursday October 4th, 2007 at 2 p.m. Department 23 of the Superior Court in San Jose California. Archibeque appeared to be in good spirits smiling about.

The District Attorney said a decision is being sought as to ask for the death penalty in the case. I can only speculate on this news and hope that the case is strengthening.
