Archibeque's August 9th court date yielded yet another continuance set for Thursday September 13, 2007 at 2 p.m. Department 23 of the Superior Court in San Jose California.

The District Attorney handling the case informed me that there would be a significant revelation on the September 13th court date. I presume this means that Archibeque will be entering a plea on this date.
