Archibeque's court appearance today revealed that an Public Defender Charlie Gillian {not sure on the spelling} has been appointed to represent him. Archibeque's next court appearance will be Wednesday June 27th at 2:00 pm, Department 23 of the Superior Court in San Jose California.
