Archibeque's March 14th court date consisted of an amended charge.
My guess is the murder charge he's facing, now carries the death penalty due to the fact the death penalty was reinstated on August 11, 1977 and the courts now realize this. Richard didn't look too happy this appearance. Archibeque's case is still in the hands of the Public Defenders Office and he has not entered a plea yet.
Archibeque's next court appearance is May 10th, 2007 at 2:00 pm.
