Archibeque's January 8th 2007 court appearance was uneventful as anticipated. Archibeque appeared to be adjusting well into his familiar prison lifestyle once again or maybe all of his smiles and giggles were his nerves in survival mode. It looks like he gave up on the public defender due to the fact a private lawyer made a special appearance for him. This most likely means Archibeque is in the process of retaining him.





Next court date is March 14th 2007 at 2:00 pm......................





It is with Great Relief to announce.... and you heard it here first,  that a suspect in the Rape / Murder of Linda Jozovich has been identified. Linda was the 19 year old who mysteriously vanished during a work break at the Santa Clara Mervyn's in 1979. I have researched Linda along with another classmate at Santa Clara High named Mary Jo Oldfield. All of these girls were murdered within a couple years of each other and within a couple miles of the high school or went to our high school. One of the theories I had for years is that these three girls might have the same killer in common. And I noted this string of  Santa Clara murders ended in 1979.

In fact the Santa Clara investigators need to IMPOUND this car and go through it with a microscope. The 1956 Chevrolet is most likely the car Archibeque drove the night Mary was murdered. I believe it hasn't been driven since 1979. Saved as a token?
