29 Years, 3 Months and 17 Days Later, an Arrest in the Mary Elizabeth Quigley Murder leaves me breathless. 29 years late and no telling how many other countless victims. Archibeque's first court appearance on December 29th in a San Jose California Superior Court was a brief appearance. It lasted all of two minutes, just long enough for the Judge to appoint counsel to represent Archibeque. Archibeque's appearance was that of a mentally shaken lost soul as he starred at Mary's mother. His stares seemed to last an eternity as he nodded his head ever so slightly up and down repeatedly. His lips were moving in silence as his head nodded as if he kept repeating I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I felt terribly uncomfortable for Mary's mother and wanted Archibeque to stop.

Archibeque's next court date is 2:00 pm, January 8th, 2007 Superior Court, San Jose California. I also expect the 8th will be a very short uneventful appearance with the exception of the media coverage that will, without doubt, be there this time.
As everyone who knows me and my mission in life since Mary was murdered, I would like to take a moment and thank you all for your support and understanding. Especially those who didn't ask that question, "why are you doing all this." And for those who told me this would never be solved..... Non believers. I have had a 250,000.00 reward posted on the internet since the late 1990's for Mary. I have hired a world renowned psychic and most recently was able to get America's Most Wanted to look at this case. By the way the psychic was right on the money.
Somehow God has placed several undesirable things before many of us. It's what we do about it that counts. My best friend was murdered on May 8th 1981. That took until 1994 to resolve and I never stopped. That's the key. Don't give up. I have several other close friends who have been murdered and through all the years of investigating I realized that a database is badly needed. Put together a database of old news and today's DNA technology and we could really solve some cold cases. There is so much I want to share right now but it needs to wait just a bit. The last thing on earth I want to do is jeopardize Mary's chance for justice.
