25th Wedding Anniversary.

Reni and I celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary in Bali yesterday. It was a low key affairs. Only two of us. Bunga was in Jakarta for her job interview. Time goes so fast since we did our formal vow on 27 December 1982. It was Monday. We choose that date because both of us could only take our leave after Christmas. Then, it was also a low key affairs. Only close relatives and a few friends are invited. We sent the announcements to the rest of the networks, but not a wedding invitation. Rather unusual for our extended family at that time.

Looking back to the span of time that we have together (plus 6 years of knowing each other before we got married), we have never regretted that decision. There is ups and downs. There is moment of happiness, and moment of sadness, We argued a lot on many small things just like any ordinary couple. Life has never been boring with Reni. We are looking forward to the next 25 years of our marriage with enthusiasm.
